Oh yeah, definitely, but I'd never try to play it note-for-note live or anything. The pace is so fast that you'd have to be really clinical about it, unless you were very good, in which case you should just make up your own solo in the true spirit of bebop.

My dad has a DVD with live Coltrane on it, as well as all of his CDs, I believe.

There isn't at all. In fact, M4A might sound a little bit better, even.

I think m4a takes up less space, I'm not sure though. I know when I had my setting on high quality mp3s, some songs took up more than 7 megs, which is rediculous because there wasn't much of a difference anyway.

I can't quite explain...it's just weird here. You get actual rednecks who don't know any better, they're just natural hicks. Then you get the guys who wear all the paraphenelia, everything, say that hate black people blablabla, but shop at the mall in Paducah blasting rap :lol:
