so how different is Jewish school to "normal" school?

well, we don't have forced prayer. jewish studies is compulsary, we finish fridays early (either 2 30 or 1 30) to by home for shabbat, we finish early on the days of festivals, and for the major festivals the school is closed. and wearing a yid-lid (kippah/yarmulkeh) is compulsory.

I appreciate they are good musicians but music like that is generally a little slow for my tastes. I know some punk bands listened to bands like the Who, and maybe they were inspired to play instruments by bands like this but the music is nothing at all similar. And smashing the instruments is not really a punk attitude, that's still rock n roll i think. When punk started it was working man's music
