Oh my god. Does everyone know that famous Gadd groove on drummworld that used to be featured on the beginning of every video?

Well I have that video. I have that entire Zildjian day recorded, and it's all footage that's never been released. Some of it was, but not much. Sooo much great Gadd footage, and some great stuff on Vinnie when he has a big moustache, and you can see that Steve Smith was crap back then... And there's some Billy Cobham stuff which isn't great, but there are other wicked awesome players like Larry Londin... Oh man.. I gotta keep watching the awesomeness that is Gadd.

ROFL at the gig I played last night. Kit was set up with the rack toms allllll the way over to the left away from the floor tom, hats were lametastically high and obscuring the high tom, the chinas were mounted as if the crowd was supposed to play them... And everything was taped down by the time I got there.

Also... coated pins AND O-ring on each tom... I really liked the cymbals though, not the way they were mounted, but seriously nice AAXs. Not at all what I would've expected from them.

I'll keep the cymbal. It just sounds too damn good to give up. I don't play it hard at all, so I think I'll be fine. Good technique and all. I knew it was thin but the designation "paper thin" kinda scared me.

rip it into an Mp3, then upload.

You have to find an MP3 encoder first.

Windows media player rips to MP3...

I cut out a stencil for a girl I work with a month ago or so. Then she finally gives me the shirt to put it on, and then I lose the stencil. :(

So now I've gotta do it all again.
