some look really pixelated. a few people are experiencing problems. Coffee's is pixelated for me, and a few others

The pixellated avatars is from the old school server crash... I don't know why its done it, but a while back it changed the skin of the forum to one where it didnt show last post. Change the skin back in the options in your user CP.
