She was staying with a friend. That said friend then left to go to work in the morning and she realised that she didn't know where the hell she was. Well, she knew vaugely. Just specifics such as Street name and house number were lacking.
Common sense doesn't rank high amongst her features :)

Out of the whole situation I managed to get Pinkerton and Happiness in Magzines, though. So despite her messing up my plans to go CD shopping in Edinburgh it kinda worked out.

Dancin' Man 05-28-2005 07:52 AM

sup thread. I slept with my contacts in last night but my eyes don't burn like I thought they would. I will now go eat my bagel.

Good day pals, i've been downloading some Rachmaninov and Mozart this morning, and i wish to be buying some Grieg piano sheet music on ebay, and there's one for 99p on there at the moment, i will be getting that. :D

Dancin' Man 05-28-2005 08:08 AM

Rachmoninov wins. So does Bizet.
I was listening to the most dramatic music ever yesterday - Carmina Burana. You have all heard it and know I am right.

/not by Rachmoninov or Bizet, just thought I'd mention it

Firecracker 05-28-2005 08:11 AM

I'm not sure that name rings a bell...

Well, so long as they aren't annoying (which they certainly will be) it's funny.

I wish my Pro-Pain thread would burn up and become destroyed.

Could this "he" be my fellow countryman? If you catch my drift...

So yeah, I am currently considering the astronomical costs of my UK trip. Looks like getting a student discount will be worth my while. I should also print up T-shirts... :p

Consider your drift caught, my good man.
And yeah, that's my suspicion.

Do it. T-shirts would make the the whole thing Manowar (\m/) cheesy :)

Arucard 05-28-2005 08:47 AM

Haha, t-shirts would be awesome, but you might get robbed by some bastard little chav kids. When i come to see you in London, ill give you a temporary knife for defense.

Dancin' Man 05-28-2005 08:48 AM

I dun follow... Who is it?

The MX population from England seems extremely dense. It's this little country and about 1/3 of MX seems to live there.

Joe, replace the body of your thread with the chimcal equation of propane which Riva so kinly posted for you.

Firecracker 05-28-2005 08:56 AM

I hate chavs.
They are just so illiterate.

I put it at the top, but if i did that then i might get banzored.

Dancin' Man 05-28-2005 08:59 AM

No, you wouldn't. Don't be a wuss and just do it. Or, just write another one quickly. I'd like that.

Good luck with getting that through. Cool dog

Dancin' Man 05-28-2005 09:09 AM

Your dogs nose is huge. And I would laugh if you did get that through security and laugh harder if it was confiscated on the way back.

The nose is so he can catch rats. He can also catch a snake without it biting him, and whip its body around until he breaks its back. We're talking Eastern Taipans here, as well.

So what's the deal with the next Featured Genre, is anyone working on one?

Dancin' Man 05-28-2005 09:39 AM

Well, Jon fromt he pit sent me an email about a week ago. He said he would do hair metal. I haven't heard from him since despite sending him a few emails back.

If you want to do one, do it as soon as possible then when it's ready tell me and depending on who plans on posting one when, I'll tell you to wait or just go ahead.

/please do one.

Bartender 05-28-2005 09:42 AM

Jon's still working on his, I think. He mentioned it in the Glam thread recently (meaning within the last day).

I'm not sure if I could do one. I wasn't trying to be like "What the hell is going on with this?", I was just wondering if anything was coming up.

I'm working on The Who FA, but after that I may be able to do one.
Does any one in here have the song Sing, Sing, Sing by Benny Goodman?

It's the old swing song that was played on the old Chip's Ahoy commercials, and I used to listen to that song as a kid...but completely forgot about it.

Also if any one has any other stuff by Benny Goodman, send it this way please, it would be most appreciated. That would also go for any big band/swing music as well...

I have the version of Sing, Sing, Sing that they recorded for the Swing Kids soundtrack, but it seems to have disappeared. :( Maybe I could dig it up for you as it's a great song.

Matter of fact, while jazz is being discussed, anybody here like bebop? I think it's atrociously crazy. :)

My uncle broke the fucking car I was going to use tonight! He was trying to learn to drive a clutch and destoyed it! Of all days that shit could've happened, why did it happen today? Jesus Christ. This is fucking lame. Possibly the biggest downer of my month. Maybe I can use my dad's car because his is still nicer than mine, just not as nice as my mom's. The sound system isn't as good, it doesn't have the wonderful leather seats, it isn't as fast, it is less fuel efficient, it isn't manual transmission and it's a 5 year old Japanese SUV instead of a German turbofied 1 year old Jetta hatchback. Oh well.
