I love flat rides.

I swapped my CS dots out and put my old emps in. I finally have a decent sound now.

ofDooM 01-22-2007 09:20 PM

Those emps are, I think, a few years old. I am never getting CS Dots again.

fishbulb 01-22-2007 09:22 PM

So you don't want to give me that zappa for nothing in return?

And i guess that i was pretty sarcastic.

So holy crap, i just checked to see how much space i had on my second hard drive (downloads and my documents). I expected it half way full (it's only a 150 gig) but i had 800 megs left. So i emptied my recycle bin and that gave me 3 gigs. Now i'm doing a disk cleanup.

Hey guys, just droppin' by to say hello... and that I got a new crash over the weekend: a 17" K Hybrid crash. There was a pretty huge sale (unlike all their other sales) at my local GC and I was aiming for a 17" vault, but I was eyeing the K hybrid, and when I tried it out, it sounded so orgasmic!! I couldn't let the offer down! So yeah, I'm now the proud owner of a K Hybrid crash. :smoke:

poopoogaypoon 01-22-2007 09:24 PM

I like Shpongle. It's good late-night work music. Are there any Shpongle cds better than Tales of the Inexpressible?

I've just recently started listening to electronica, but I'm really starting to get into it.
Theres something that irks me about single songs. Albums generally have a theme, and are best listened to in the entirity.
amen.

fishbulb 01-22-2007 09:59 PM

I always hate seeing my friends' music. They have 200 songs all by tons of different artists (which is good, but bad) all in the same folder. The meta tags are really horrible. It has no mention of an album or a year which means that they have no idea when it was made or what album it was on.

LoneStarDrummer 01-22-2007 10:19 PM

Leprechauns1021 01-22-2007 10:31 PM

Yea so I got all excited about a B.B. King concert I could have gone to on Feb. 1st. It was going to be one of the best moments in my life until....i find out you have to be 21 to get in and see him :/

So what do my parents do? They think to themselves, "Hey, B.B. King is Blues, so lets get him tix to go see the Blue Man Group!!!"

yea I guess its better than nothing, but hardly compares to the King

LoneStarDrummer 01-22-2007 10:33 PM

hah. wouldn't see me complaining, blue man group is pretty awesome.

sucks you have to be 21 though. what if you have a legal guardian with you, do you still have to be 21?
