I've found the Drapery Falls live on limewire, that should keep me satisfied for a little while.

It's a good set.

How is The Drapery Falls live? I imagine it would be hard to capture the same sound, especially in the intro. How many guitars do they use for that song?

Just the two guitars, but it sounds really good, especially on Lamentations.

I have a DVD from Trustkill's New England Metal and Hardcore Festival and Opeth plays The Drapery Falls on it. They pretty much own everyone else on that DVD except Nevermore and Meshuggah which are all on the same level to me.

What's Nevermores setlist on there? :)

They only play Sound of Silence, and a bunch of people come up on stage from the crowd and sing with them, which turned out kinda crappy aside from the awesome instrumentals. There wasn't enough of them and too much Lacuna Coil.

Are you kidding? Best Buy should have them. Besides Ghost Reveries those are the easiest to find.

Whoa... I can't find MAYH or Orchid anywhere, but D&D are everywhere.

I went into 3 shops.

One had Ghost Reveries only.
One had Ghost Reveries and one copy of Morningrise.
And the one I bought them from had Orchid, MAYH, Ghost Reveries.

Pain in the butt 'coz when I was getting into Opeth the 1st albums I saw in a shop were Damnation & Deliverance. I'll just buy them off the net later.

Go to Best Buy, ther're bound to have it.

Still Life and MAYH were impossible to find in the States. I just bought them in England when I went over summer.

New Opeth dates on their site.

They're comming to my town Febuary 15th. I was literally jumping around my room, as I figured the show they played here two months ago(which I missed) would be the last one for a while. Now to see if I can afford tickets....

It's Possible. The Best Buy I go to only had D&D and Orchid at one point. Now they have GR, Orchid, BWP, MAYH, and D&D.

Once I bought the album TFIOTWBTT by pelican and it didn't had the CD inside....and I never found the Dredg Promo DVD in there...they have some of the most stupid workers I've seen in my life.

I finally found Morningrise. It was in HMV, where usually they have only Opeth's three newest releases. Worth all 30 dollars.

I recently got Morningrise as well. It's a fantastic album.

Did you like their additional track "Eternal Soul Torture"? I thought it was a good song, despite the bad production.

Yeah, the bonus track version is really the only thing you can find in the US anymore, considering that it's the re-release, it's a really good track though.

It's awesome. I love how some of the riffs from the song are heard on Orchid. It's such an evil-sounding song.. one of Opeth's heaviest ever.
