I can't swim.
My University has mandatory swim tests when you first start, and if you can't swim 8 laps you have to take swimming classes!

I was soooo glad I knew how.

Spaceman Spiff 02-10-2005 04:44 PM

All the water up here is frozen all year 'round! It's Canada, we live in igloos! How can we swim in ice?!

Bass_swede 02-10-2005 04:44 PM

Good night everyone!

neal_672 02-10-2005 04:45 PM

Ah, good point

Spaceman Spiff 02-10-2005 04:45 PM

I took swimming lessons when I was little kid, but for the most part, I can't swim.
I most likely couldn't swim a length or lap of pool.

I liked so.

Last year I started computeers engineering career, high grade, at the best university in Madrid, the Politecnica. It was so ****ing hard, the career has 5 curses and people usually spend about 8-10 to finish it. Just imagine.

So... as Im quite lazy (but intelligent :naughty:, which doesnt mean that much at university) I decided to work hard on september (considering I failed all my exams during the regular curse) and I passes two exams. Finally I went to another university, Complutense, and Im now studying computeers engineering, low grade (three curses instead of five). Im beeing succesful this time, Ives passes Algebra so far, which is the hardest by far, and my last studies (it means, the matters I passes the last year) where validated too so now Its like I had passed three matters. Ive done three exams this term, Algebra, and another two... Im waiting for the marks yet. I hope they are passed, at least one of them (economy).

Thats the story of my last two years at uni, my first two years as a bassist as well hehehe :)
