never pushed myself to that extent and i'm really out of shape. probably could've gotten to 100 in my prime. damn. |

I can only do like, about 3 or 4 sets over time, 10 at maximum, I find it kinda annoying cause I can lift most weight machines on a reasonably high setting now chinups are the worst for me i've just got zero strength in those muscles |
its because you're using machines
use free weights and your pushups will be 666x easier |

I do about 6 sets of 45 pounds |

chinups are the worst for me i've just got zero strength in those muscles[/QUOTE] Pushups can build up your sets pretty quickly. Used to do three sets of thirty before bed, but fell out of habit. Should start back again with that and maybe get a pullup bar too. |
