Well it is one of the pre-rounds for the final.. Send in your demo, get through, play one of the 5 rounds..

We have to take it up against 7 other bands in this round, 40 bands joined this competition.

We are lucky that is is in our home town, so we have a lot of people coming to watch us. But we will see how the crowd will react to the music.. I can't say more than this: It is gonna be fun! :lol: gigging is nice, I know hehe :thumb:

Biggest crowd I've had was about 50 people, most I've been paid for a gig is like $20.

First ever gig was 400 people!! yeahhh! In front of basically most of my school and loads of parents. I got up on stage, plugged into my friends amp,doesnt work, plug into my amp, doesnt work, try first amp again, doesnt work. Someone shouts from side of the stage "your cable is broken!" *tosses a new cable* me plugs in and plays. It was funny though, i spent like 5 minutes trying to fix it with people in the audience shouting at us to hurry up and stuff! I was surprisingly un-nervous!

It went well though! Except the electric shocks from the microphone...

Well they call it pop rock.. It is a bit of energy pop rock though, not the ballad like things :thumb:

But not like punk that you can make a pit or something.. We have a female singer, 2 guitarists, bassist, drummer.

I'm beating myself up over whether to get the Roland DB-500 or not for about £500... It would be nice, and I wouldn't need the DB-900, but Its whether I can justify spending that amount of money.
