Are they the Acoustic ones? I didn't hear the singing in them but I thought the acoustic version of erotomania was awesome.

They're pretty awesome. I thought it was just John jamming on an acoustic when I heard it at the Astoria.

But you'd expect that...that's just the way the man is... he's supposed to be taking a break, and he's playing the guitar

so the concert last night was friggen awesome, very loud and energetic. I got 7th row so we were VERY close to the stage.. here are some (albeit crappy) pics from my phone

Man, I can't wait, ten more days 'till Dream Theater. All those setlists look awsome, but I hope they don't play as much Octavarium stuff. Having The Mirror and Lie together seems like it would be awsome.

I really actually hate the look of his guitar lol. the colors and shapes are ugly. But Im a drummer so i really focus more on Portnoys stuff than petrucci's. But I must say he is an amazing guitar player lol. its just mind blowing.
