I'd love it to be something like instrumental, no specific genre of metal. I've actually got a really good intstrumental IMO that's more of a song then my entry this time

"Portland, Oregon's AGALLOCH have entered the studio to begin pre-production work for their third full-length album, entitled "Ashes Against the Grain". The recording process will begin December 10 and the band hopes to have the album finished by mid-January. As usual the band will be working with Ronn Chick, who has engineered and produced both of their previous albums.

But omg....this is going to be AWESOME. Agalloch is America's Opeth pretty much. If not better in some aspects.

Why does everyone compare them to Opeth? They sound nothing like Opeth. Agalloch are a totally different band. They both may create the same atmosphere though.

I only say that because both bands are phenominal and have certain atmospheric characteristics in their music that are sometimes alike. But yes, they are mostly different.
