Its free because my friend got two tickets for his birthday and there aren't any other 15 year olds who listen to glam. So I managed to talk him into giving me a ticket.

T. Rex is my favorite glam rock band. David Bowie is pretty kickass, too.

motley crue, kiss, warrant, etc. it was the musical attitude that hooked me. wild solos, intense but flowing riffs, pure awesomeness.

Anyone seen The Real McCoy or anything? My friend has pretty much every Hanoi video. Stuff from Finnish daytime TV. Andy and Mike doing Lightning Bar Blues (I think it was?) on the Finnish equivalent of CD:UK. Taxi Driver on a kids breakfast show, full of swearing in English (wasn't bleeped out because the censors didn't translate it and therefore figure out saying "I'm a [size=2]f[/size]uckin' Taxi Driivvverrr, I'll [size=2]f[/size]uck you anyway you want me to" was innappropriate for the 6-11 market). Andy on their version of Ready Steady Cook.

Insane stuff.
