I know what makes deathcore good:

the energy, and the vocals.

BTA isn't really breakdown focused, maybe their first album, but not the 2nd or the new one that's coming out (the vocalist gave a listing w/ number of breakdowns per song, they are used sparingly)

idk i just played a show with them and they had like 39 breakdowns

they're playing a lot of their old stuff because their old guitarist is back who recorded the first album and only knows one song from the second album (which was not breakdown focused at all)

and bands usually play songs with a lot of breakdowns live anyways, because the kiddies like them and they're easy to play. Its win-win

Neuraxis is standard tech death, nothing too impressive. The Faceless is definitely better, even though their new song has a riff that sounds really similar to Neuraxis.
