There comes a time in every Chuck Taylor's life when the thin piece of material holding in the back heel piece wears down and the rubber starts jabbing you in the back of the heel, causing a blister.
Most people would throw their shoes out at that point, and replace them. I, on the other hand, seek to tear it out. Except the damned thing's stuck to the bottom =/ I can't remember how I did this with my LAST pair of Chucks, that was a long time ago >< |
So I have In Absentia by Porcupine Tree. I really enjoyed it. I know of the song "Futile" by Porcupine Tree also and was wondering what is another good album you'd suggest and maybe the one with Futile on it?

Futile EP
Deadwing Warszawa has most of the good songs from The pre-gavin harrison era |

I got a stick holder today. Tis cool. I need a new school coat. |
In Absentia is my favorite by a large margin, then I'm not so sure whether I like the warszawa live cd or deadwing.

Mike has nice chops, but I pretty much hate everything he has ever done....ever...ever.

Octavarium is a pretty tight album.
Train of thought is a little heavy for me though. |
Who gives a **** and what gives you the right to control all the ****ing discussion?
|
yeah, pretty much this guy there told me if you want killer hands/feet study with him
i dont particularly like him either
Yeah I wouldnt mind having chops like him haha! But I find all that monotonous rock he plays boring as ballz. EDIT: I like Awake. Every other dream theater album after that sounds the same to me. |
I've been taking things too far today.
3.8 hours of Coltrane this morning. Binging on Rolling Stones right now. Gonna listen to all my Decemberists stuff tonight. |
I have a 5 liter heineken keg to drink tonight. Also, snowboarding tomorrow.

Where are you that there's decent snow within driving distance? |
We went to applebees. I had steak and shrimp parmesan sirloin.

So it is. |
Does anybody think they have a metronome like they will be listening to music and then all of a sudden you like a metronome going to the music in your head, when their never was a metronome in the song?

so my best mate broke up with his gf just before xmas, and now shes invited me and my other mate round hers to chill in her hot tub, which is about 20 miles away in a different town.
thing is, i've always kinda fancied her, and i think she knows this, and if i know the other guy, hes probably wanting to make a move. however, much as id like to, im not going anywhere with her cos of my mate... am iright in going, and should i prevent my other mate, who is also good mates with this girls ex, from doing anything? |
Sometimes I like to.
Especially when the bpm corresponds with the turning signal. |
