Actually, to make real napalm you need white phosphorous and petroleum jelly.

The mixtures that you listed are nothing more than sticky gasoline(which is pretty bad in and of itself).

But why make Napalm when you can make Thermite. Put that on the hood of a H2 and wacth is burn through the entire motor block.
