Oh yes, psyched for the party tonight !!!!!!!
|
We used to go on some website which let you get round the blocks when I was at college. Can't remember the address now though.... It was good for looking at pr0n during lectures. And at uni they didn't have any blocks at all, which was awesome.
If you can remember that site that would be awesome. |
Wasn't the Rainbow thingy recorded for a show like Children In Need, or something similar?
|
Hell yes, i have a place to stay tonight too
/has tea and gets ready Bye all, see ya tomorow. |
Dont forget the condoms
|
hahah, i won't do ;)

lol@ Dan's randyness
Just finished band practice, where we auditioned our new singer. The boy's pretty good... He played us 'When I Come Around' and sang it better than I've heard it in a long time. Certainly better than I can. Thus, I may not be embarrassing the world with my awful vocals anymore. |
London is overrated anyway.
York is where it's at, although further north, and therefore even more consistently awful weather. I've just watched the 'playing with our twangers' clip from Rainbow and consequently wept with laughter. Has anyone else here seen it?
Nah, its at its worst in Manchester. Stupid rian, gives me good reason to use Manchester in my MMU project though. |
Oh yes, psyched for the party tonight !!!!!!!
I've got a party at my mates tomorrow. There is like 8 or 9 of us, and we have about £110 worth of booze. Not including our tonic for our gin, or coke and stuff for vodka. I'll be sticking to drinking cider and beer though, I don't like spirits. They make me sick. |
That is almost certainly true. I've been to Manchester twice and it did nothing but rain the whole time both times. (Edit - to what Butler said)
Tyne & Wear is the best for cold though, especially combined with the freezing winds off the North Sea from Scandinavia. That's the last thing you want to face on a drab Monday morning. Thankfully something I no longer must endure. |

And you proberly have a proper big common room, and you dont have to go outside to walk from room to room. Each of my lessons is in a different building! |
Hello.
Our common room owns, it has sinks, fridges, sofas, stereo, and loads of other stuff. But we're not allowed in it till sixth form. Our foyer, which each year has, but only year 10 and 11 are allowed to stay there at break and lunchtime, that's cool, lots of walls to lean on, and generally good atmosphere. |
Ours is wayyyyyy to small to say its for 2000 poeple. and college decided to help the dicabled people, but building a lift shaft.
WTF ive never seen 1 person in my college in a wheel chair, its just for the teachers to go up and down in, and they shout at us for using them. |
We have lifts, the teachers go in them to bring their tray of lunch up from the canteen downstairs, into their classrooms, when we're not even allowed to take a cake outside of the canteen hall. They use the lifts, when people in wheelchairs need them (there aren't any at the moment, but i remember about 3 people, who have now left, who were in them) and people who are with crutches, and quite a lot of people have those, so they use the lifts.
And yes we're not allowed to use them normally. |
I cant even remember seeing anyone on crutches for a while.
Some of our Lifts used to be code locked, we all new the code, 0161, the bury phone area code, but they changed it. |
And you proberly have a proper big common room, and you dont have to go outside to walk from room to room.
Each of my lessons is in a different building!
Our common room is tiny. So small that...it doesn't actually exist... :p :smash:
WTF ive never seen 1 person in my college in a wheel chair, its just for the teachers to go up and down in, and they shout at us for using them.
There is this guy in my college who has an electric wheelchair, its so quiet, he just kind of creeps up on you. T'is hilarious when it happens |

:p :smash:
Well you dont need one, you have Bury Centre right next to you, you are actully bury centre. We have to walk proper far. Like 10 minute walk, your is 30seconds :(
There is this guy in my college who has an electric wheelchair, its so quiet, he just kind of creeps up on you. T'is hilarious when it happens
TBH because of the level of studants are college wants, i dont think they let people in wheel chairs in. Might be discrimination i guess, but if they don't get the grades... |

There's a lady who comes in my pub who is not only in an electric wheelchair, but is also a dwarf. Thus, when she comes to the bar, she has to sort of drag herself up onto the bar, and drop back into the chair when the transaction is completed. I shouldn't laugh, but it is kinda funny. Especially as she gets more and more drunk, and does it with more gusto. |

Might be discrimination i guess, but if they don't get the grades...
Pretty much is discrimination, just because they have a physical disability doesn't make them stupid. A guy that I hang around with has a physical disability, yet hes one of the smartest people I know.
I shouldn't laugh, but it is kinda funny.
Haha, yeah. I hate when people say things like "dont laugh just because shes a dwarf". Thats not the case at all, its just having a laugh at someone, people laugh at others all the time but once its a person with a deformity (sp?), its a discrimination type scenario. |
