Very nice colour. It is, indeed, sexy. I just don't fancy Warwicks and I'm not a huge fan of J pickups.

I think MTDs make some sexy basses. I would take an MTD American six or seven string over any other bass any day. Those come before the Dingwall.
well warwicks are some times too sexy for other people to handle, like if a zen master wrote a book on all the zen secrets people woudl rape and abuse them and then zen would be a thing for everyone not just the few who spend time ot understand and appreciate it =D

PaulSimonon 04-18-2005 07:40 PM
yes.....saved.....*shifty eyes*..........*shoves dingwall through your neck* *eats corpse*
That's what you say now, but wait untill I get you alone in Boston and sell your parts on Ebay......

Spaceman Spiff 04-18-2005 09:21 PM

Because of a concert I was at on Friday, Fantomas, I have been inspired to write wackyass weird stuff. So far, it's working.

cliffburtonrules 04-18-2005 09:21 PM

Ok, I walk into my lesson today, after coming off a recital yesterday which I totally bombed. My teacher tells me that he wants me to play in his recital. But not only that, this recital involves like a gajillion songs that he either wrote or is playing, mostly jazz. But the one he wants me to play is a metal tune that he's been writing for 4 years! It's an 8 minute song complete with violins and cellos. Sounds very epic. So he wants ME to do bass for it.

Mind you I'm a 14 year old, attempting to do this with college students at a MUSIC college. I've been playing for a little over a year. And he wants me to undertake this epic metal somg that he's spent 4 years writing.

I'm scared.

sixxbassist90 04-18-2005 09:23 PM

who goes to a school for bass lessons?
who just gets private lessons?
i think i want to get private lessons. which one is better.

Well, I've been here writing and mixing some music to go with holocaust poetry as a uni project. Tonight I've got two (hopefully) final mixes of two poems called "Lost" and "As the Orchestra Played" to touch base with my personal tutor tomorrow. Just surfing the internet now.

Cliffburtonrules: Good luck!

I have until October (THANK THE LORD) to get it down.
