CAD is one of the worst webcomics out there. It's boring, filled with unlikable, poorly conceived characters and is about as funny as getting your foreskin trapped in a door.

Based upon the one comic I just saw, I have to agree.

I like it better than Overcompentsating, I have never laughed at that comic.
YOu're cruel
It's family members I don't like (my mom's family).

KingOfSka 12-22-2005 05:12 PM

Hosnap. I just taught myself to play the intro to "A Message To You Rudie" on the harmonica.
Bottom line. I am good.

That is because you do not share the dream of the billionaire cowboy-poets.

Are you talking from experience?

Anyway, it's common knowledge that white ninja destroys that lame comic.

No I don't. But I do have a dream of owning a robot made from an XBox.

White Ninja is great. It's like watching lynch_me in comic form.

Joe and Monkey is my top comic, I think. QC is a close second.

Anxious 12-22-2005 05:26 PM

The two saddest songs in the world after listening to them in succession, are History Lesson Part II by the Minutemen, and The Boilerman by Mike Watt.

KingOfSka 12-22-2005 05:30 PM

I'm getting my name changed to "KingOfSka" after the Desmond Dekker song.

I'd choose Ska over your nutty Folk-Punk any day.

Pfft, Minutemen. I only remotely like them because they wrote the theme to Jackass.

sketchyjoe 12-22-2005 05:42 PM

Folk-punk > Ska-Punk > Post-punk

This is an intelligent man.

KingOfSka 12-22-2005 05:46 PM

I can understand that you guys don't like the genre, but saying something like "Ska sucks" is just stupid. You can't make a statement like that, bashing an entire genre.

Do you guys have any idea how hard it is to write a good horn riff? It's fine if you don't like ska, but respect them for being musicians.

It was a joke in 1993 and it's a joke now. The fact that diehard ska fans haven't got it yet just makes it funnier.

The only comics I've ever laughed out loud at are Perry Bible Fellowship and Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal. The rest I just read for story and the occasionaly smile.

Bashing genres is for fags.

Ska is good.

Minutemen are good.

The only joke regarding Ska I've heard in the past while is this one...
Folk-punk > Ska-Punk > Post-punk
Should be more like; Ska-Punk > Post-Punk > Folk-Punk

Even after he tells you a joke, you still feel neccesarry to insult his taste. What is up with people and doing that.

I really don't like post-punk that much, it always feels very empty and detached to me.

sketchyjoe 12-22-2005 05:54 PM

He's covering up his embarassment at missing the joke by going on the offenseive.

Ska-punk = Catchy but often repetitive and boring
Post-punk = Interesting but often avant-garde and boring
Folk-punk = Catchy, interesting, passionate and exciting
Yes I can:

Personally I think ska-punk is less repetitive than folk-punk and I think they both have just as much passion and excitement.

My shift key is sticky. IT always does that.

And your typo seemed to involve missing out several words.
