NOOOOOO F1 qualy is off, becuase its in the middle of a 2nd grade typoon or sumet, and its absolutly pissing it down and realy wet. Qualys in the morn tomoz before the race, and if its still in a typoon then there gonna decide some how, the race may be off :( x lots.
