I just heard this new band called parchman farm. There awesome, and I'm betting that they will be the break out band of 2005. The bassist is really groovy and the guitarist is pretty cool too, there kinda like led zeppelin and the who slammed together. If you can find some of there music I definetely suggest taking a listen

cool, i think that the biggest breakout band (main stream wise) in 2005 is going to be the used. ya i know that they are already "big" but i really think that they are gonna go really big this year. same with alexisonfire

i like them, they're not my favorite band (that would be killswitch engage ATM) but i still listen to they're music. they also have a "new" sound that could possabily be a major hit mainstream, but its still not that far from what is popular right now. that is what producers and lables look for when signing a band.
