I'm trying to slowly adjust my bedtime back to an acceptable hour. It also helps if you drink some beers (not get pissed, just a few). Makes it easier to fall asleep.

yeah chugging one beer right before bed is enough to put me to sleep in a few minutes

but i find i'm usually groggy unless i drink nothing
