Dude who was it? If you can get me an e-mail adress its time for a mailbomb. You and Munky do some invaluable work in that thread. Im also working on a new series of threads.

'Joes 'Different' Music Thread 1' is the first, featuring the Melodic Hardcore band The Freaks Union.

Jom 05-26-2005 04:13 PM

Eh, goodbye posts are frowned upon here, still.

EDIT: that was @ M-H_617.

EDIT @ Joe:
Dude who was it? If you can get me an e-mail adress its time for a mailbomb. You and Munky do some invaluable work in that thread. Im also working on a new series of threads.
I was being facetious a bit. I took it out of context... G_mac said something along the lines of "Antihero isn't an idiot, you just need to use the search function" and I figured the instigator said something like, "Some idiot removed my request..."

Well, duhhhhhhhhhh. It got answered...

Heh heh.

Pfft like I have to answer to you

Ali, do you use msn or aim?
Ali, do you use msn or aim?
Both, but I tend to avoid AIM if I can.
Why do you ask?

Jom 05-26-2005 04:23 PM

This is one of those "Uhh..." kind of moments, but I have to share it.

The storyline that my avatar is in for the WWE is that he "finds friends" at each event, and then he brings a kid from the stands to be in his corner when he wrestles (yeah, it's a roper, but still).

But this is what Brum and Choda told me in the WWE thread:
Apparently over at WWE.com you can send a photo of yourself to them, fill out a little form then become one of Heidenreich's friends.

http://heidenreichform.wwe.com/index.php
Wow. Sometimes you just wonder, you know?
Both, but I tend to avoid AIM if I can.

I added you to msn and Aim, using the handles in your profile. But my AIM doesn't like your username because it crashes when I add you and I haven't been accepted on MSN. :upset:

Arucard 05-26-2005 04:26 PM

Lol. Stupid wrestling. I thought it was funny when they realised the camera was at an angle that made it obvious that it was all fake, so they had to quickly move it.

ATM 05-26-2005 04:29 PM

I used to like wrestling in 3rd grade. My dad took me to this event called the Heart Attack Tour

I bought sunglasses like Brett "The Hitman" Heart.

AIM is the root of all evil, so that explains that.
On MSN I don't think you need acceptance, anyone can add me. I'm a whore like that.
Hit me up on MSN now and we'll see if we can't sort this out ;)

Arucard 05-26-2005 04:46 PM

And if i knew who they were ATM, id be happier for you. Good job anyways.

ATM 05-26-2005 04:51 PM

I can upload the album tonight. It's the only album that I have heard in the past few months that got me really excited. It's just so fresh and unique, they have such a great sound.

This is quite possibly the best song ever. Everyone download it. Now. Please. Thanks. :)

Arucard 05-26-2005 05:06 PM

Doing it now. Drinking more too, so i have to go over my posts for spelling mistakes.

ND : Waggle Dance.

/Edit. By best song, do you mean most hilarious?

'Im not queer, im too ugly.'

munky_magik 05-26-2005 05:09 PM

Oh yea, about yoru Bru drinking: Impressive. I've only had about 5 litres in the past few days :-/

EDIT: I'm out for the night.

Cain 05-26-2005 05:12 PM

Well, my job just let me go today. :( :( :(

So now I really really need to find another one. This sucks. College students can't get work at any normal places, it appears. I'm freaking out, because now seasonal work is required, and I'm afraid all the spots will be filled already. So now I have no source of income whatsoever.

Another sad face. :(

Discuss job woes so I can feel better.

I love the stuff. The reason behind that is that my mate bought me a 24 crate from Macro (cheap cash and carry place) for a fiver, and i got through a two litre bottle too. **** that keeps my going through revision.

I don't have a job. Does that qualify as a job woe?

That sucks, though :( Why'd they do it?

Night, magik.

Sorry about that, forgot about that for a minute.

Since munky_magik posted that song that he thought was really good, I'll do the same. If you go here http://www.bpandrr.com you can find some really good songs from a local band that puts every genre of music into their songs. It's great.

88 Fingers Joe, you change your avatar more than I do...and I change mine quite a bit.

I am having trouble finding a job, as well. I'm still living off the money I made last summer, and it is starting to run out. I can never afford to take my girlfriend on good dates. :/

lunch998 05-26-2005 05:32 PM

I don't have a job right now either, but it shouldn't be to hard for me to get one. I just want something I won't hate doing.

Work at a guitar store. That sounds like an easy job that wouldn't be really annoying.

sorry about that man.

if it make syou feel any better, i might quit my second job...

oh. oops.

Arucard 05-26-2005 05:48 PM

Just got back from immaturely egging a house. Reason for egging :

As most of you know, my Mum ditched my Dad and began sleeping with another man for 5 months before my Dad or any of us found out about it. The persons house i egged (and poured milk through the letter box) were the 'Christians' who housed her, knew all about the adultry (she is supposed to be a christian too) and helped her trick my Dad out of a large cut of his salary, when he deserves every penny he earns, and the stupid slut should have got nothing.

That kinda makes it right?

superpeer 05-26-2005 05:54 PM

You pay for your girlfriend?

Jom 05-26-2005 05:55 PM

Your actions seem justified, Joe. That sucks.

As for job woes, I don't like mine. Good tips and everything, but the actual expediting sucks.

I thought I had more to say than this :-\

EDIT: some girl from Poland found my RecordNerd account and wants to swap albums with me. I didn't know people could do that :o. She seems nice, though.

Dancin' Man 05-26-2005 06:09 PM
You pay for your girlfriend?
We American men are good to our women. Well, we're supposed to be.

I quit my last job because they expected me to be on call all the time which meant I had to CALL THEM to see if they needed me. This made it very hard to make plans outside of work. Plus they were paying me minimum wage which wasn't enough to even shop there. The boss called me when I was supposed to call in to demand I come in so I told him to go fuck himself and hung up. I was never officially fired, nor did I ever officially quit. I need another job now (and have for months) but my summer is broken up by a month long film camp and 2 week trip to Austria so getting a job will be tough.

magicbus 05-26-2005 06:19 PM

Hey guys. Not much is happening. Tomorrow is my last day of publc school, ever.

Be careful, Poles are weird. It's probably all part of some complex plot to eat your children.

Jom 05-26-2005 06:23 PM

Those are more the problems I'll have getting a job over summer (that, and not wanting to get a job).
In that case, Poles are wonderful, and it's probably all part of some complex plot to have your children.

Dancin' Man 05-26-2005 06:26 PM

You are an American of Polish decent. We count as a nationality by now I think.

Jom 05-26-2005 06:30 PM
In that case, Poles are wonderful, and it's probably all part of some complex plot to have your children.
I feel bad for the poor girl, then. No one deserves to have to go through a plot like that.
You are an American of Polish decent. We count as a nationality by now I think.
Meh, I don't know the aesthetics of describing things like that. I thought Bartender's reversal of messages was humo[u]rous, but not like that matters now.

magicbus 05-26-2005 06:31 PM

I'm also of Polish descent, also Italian, Scottish, and Irish.

Speaking of Irish, we're having an Irish kid stay with us for a while this summer.

(nice transition eh? ;) )

Cain 05-26-2005 06:33 PM

To Bartender:

Get this. They let me go because, despite the fact that I was already in the establishment, I am not there on a year-round basis due to college.

Hear that, American college students? Not only do jobs refuse to hire you if you'd only be there for the summer, but they also refuse to keep you on. Retarded. What's up with thinking in high school that college students took all the good jobs? They can't seem to take ANY jobs. My friends from college and home alike are having an insanely hard time.

But whatever. I'm confident that SOMETHING will come up. It's probably like getting published: lots of rejections, followed finally by somebody who needs you/likes you enough to hire you.

Dancin' Man 05-26-2005 06:36 PM

The highschool dropout hippie folk who's lives are going nowhere take all the jobs in my town.
