idk how it is in pa but in indiana you can fail drug tests all you want as long as the level of said drug in your system is at a lower level the next time you take a drug test (they cant account for individual differences in metabolism and cant prove you did anythign)

so a lot of poeple will smoke heavily right after they get put on probation and just smoke less and less over their sentecnes
