tbh brent I'd just forget about her. Girls that can't make up their mind are usually emotionally immature and have more problems than you think. If it actually happens and you guys start dating, chances are she'll flake out immediately because she's either a) afraid to get close to anyone or b) too insecure to emotionally invest in a relationship. I dated a girl a few months ago like the girl you're talking about. Everything seemed great for a month or so, and then one day she told me all she saw was "red flags" and told me that she didn't have feelings for me.

I knew she did but was too insecure and immature to actually tell me. I know you won't take this advice, but just think about it.

Similar thing happened to me, yah it sucked but when you're young and in college it's good not to dwell on things like that for too long, there are plenty of other girls in your school.
