Yay for football today

I went to the Ostiopath today, it was really weird, she gave me a back massage, and gave me some stretches to do to help it.
I have "inflamation in my lower back muscles and vertabrae" because i already have a very pronounced lower curve.

So i basically still can play football but i can't go over the top, have to keep moving, and i have to do various stretches.

Dude, I ate a plate of nachos, this scrumptious Pepperidge Farm Nantucket dark chocolate cookie, my crackers and cheese and like a half a box of Honey Nut Cheerios dry. So awesome.
