Last night I realized the stereo in my living room can play records. Hello underground vinyl.

OI! to the World! 03-11-2005 03:28 PM

I have a record player but it's broken.

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 03:56 PM
w00t. Adora are playing a battle of the bands at Newport Harbor High School on Saturday. Yay for starting fights with rich boys.
Your the rich boy.

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 03:57 PM

I wont know until probly may, so i dunno. is it gunna sell out?

40 oz 2 freedom 03-11-2005 04:15 PM

Woah, I placed my B9 order on Sunday, and it came today. Most of the people that pre-ordered Promises Kept haven't even gotten theirs and I got mine on grey marble AND a free poster.

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 04:22 PM

People around here got that like last month i think. when they preordered it. Thats really fast for b9.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-11-2005 04:37 PM

I bought mine at a distro in grey marble a month ago.

40 oz 2 freedom 03-11-2005 04:41 PM

Last time I ordered from there it took 3 and a half months, and I only got 1/4 of my order.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-11-2005 04:43 PM

That's why I never

A. order stuff online
B. rare occasion I do it's not from B9

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 04:47 PM

I will order stuff online, but i'd rather do it from a distro or people.

40 oz 2 freedom 03-11-2005 04:49 PM

Maybe the B9 Store Staff is finally getting their act together.

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 04:50 PM

Once i get my paycheck im gunna order so many CD's.

conniption 03-11-2005 05:05 PM

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 05:48 PM

How much does it cost? If it's more than 600,000 your rich .

40 oz 2 freedom 03-11-2005 05:49 PM
Haha, yes I'm so rich renting a house with no driveway or yard.
C'mon Shane, just face it. You're rich.

chips88 03-11-2005 05:52 PM
Once i get my paycheck im gunna order so many CD's.
same here, except its 350 in tax returns :D

shane italian 03-11-2005 05:52 PM

It's 26,000 a month. My family only makes like 120,000 a year. Not that we aren't well off. But I'm not rich. And Conner, you live in Vancouver. And Patrick, you live in a small town in San Antonio and probably have a huge a'ss house.

RetiredAt21 03-11-2005 05:56 PM

My house is like...connected to another persons house. And the people in the other house suck. They turn their darn rap music up much too loud!

shane italian 03-11-2005 05:57 PM

Hahaha, my house is maybe 4 feet from my neighbors house. That's how it is all over southern OC, they cram houses into tiny lots and jack the price up to about 900,000 when you could get the same one in Texas for about 150,000.
It's 26,000 a month.
That's a lot of money.

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 07:16 PM
That's a lot of money.
Thats 312,000 a year.

Let's Chop Cats! 03-11-2005 07:18 PM

Somehow I doubt Shane was telling the truth.

CONNER_NWHC 03-11-2005 07:19 PM

Yeah that's way to much for a year. Thats twice his parents salary if he was telling the truth about that.

shane italian 03-11-2005 07:48 PM

No lies.

shane italian 03-11-2005 07:50 PM

****it! I always mess up with numbers. 2,600***

Hard to say. I don't know how much of a following they have now, and I don't know what the turnout's going to be like for people flying/driving in. Usually this venue sells tickets after they're "sold out" and overstuffs the place, so it'll definitely be a packed show, it's just a question of when.

conniption 03-11-2005 09:57 PM

Isnt this a hardcore thread, god, all you guys are talking about is your pay,i mean sure thats important, but isnt life about our music? Anyways, this thread has changed from the first page to the last drastically, cmon, lets discuss music here!

Texas=cheap housing/labor ++

and to Righteous jams whatever, this also serves as the community thread, and for only having 6 posts, I don't know why you are telling us how to post in our thread. We talk about a crapload of music here, maybe if you would stick around you would see that.

cbmartinez 03-11-2005 10:33 PM

Shane you got beef with me calling Shai Halud hardcore, say it to my face, boy!

.Realm.of.Chaos. 03-11-2005 10:34 PM

- Read the title. It's a community thread. You're more than welcome to talk about music, but you can talk about pretty much anything else at the same time.

- Don't come in here 365 pages in and try to tell us how to run our thread.

BuddyBigsby 03-12-2005 04:19 AM
yea, bury your dead is pretty sick, but they have practically the same song on every cd(bury your f'ing dead),but yea there good
What are you talking about?

That's just one song they carried over to the new CD with a new title, along with "So Fucking Blues" and "Tuesday Night Fever".
