^ I have a disgustingly good immune system.

When my entire family came down with the flu, I was the only one doing stuff around the house.

Espbassor 09-12-2004 10:55 AM

^^ Me too, it sucks. I just became a good actor and faked being sick a lot.

Hmm..I need a head for my 4x10 cab, it looks so bored :upset:

Foxfire 09-12-2004 10:57 AM

I hate this song, Stomping Grounds.

It makes me wish I could play banjo, bass, and saxophone at the same time. :upset:

Jamie 09-12-2004 11:12 AM

^^^ :D

what do people think of les claypool and the frog brigade? (i think up on the roof is a brilliant song)

and what are colonel claypool and a bucket of bernie brains like? (awesome name!)

esp, you could always give it to me, it'll have loadsa friends here! ;)

Espbassor 09-12-2004 11:13 AM

^^ Nah, I'll take care of her when I get a head. :thumb:

ShelBel 09-12-2004 11:15 AM

Foxfire 09-12-2004 11:16 AM

ShelBel 09-12-2004 11:17 AM

Man I feel old and out of touch... I have no idea who any of those are.

Foxfire 09-12-2004 11:18 AM

The creation of an extremely slow MX night.

ShelBel 09-12-2004 11:19 AM

shel: whos that in your avatar?

Foxfire 09-12-2004 11:23 AM

:p How many pages is it back, like 6? Wow, we were bored.

We decided to start a blu-emocore band. The original name was "Foxfire and the Foxtones" but it eventually ended up being "FoxKwash, the Epifreaks, and the Tele-funkist".

I'm playing double bass, Kwash2 has got banjo, e p has multi-octaved jugs, Freakofnature has washboard, and ESP is the tele-funkist who plays violin (he says he's too classy for fiddle).

Oh yeah. We're hXc.

Left Shoe 09-12-2004 11:24 AM

lol you shuld have a hardcore singer on top of that , the screaming would be humorous

Foxfire 09-12-2004 11:26 AM

You can be the hardcore singer.

We all get to wear girls' pants too. Like I said: hXc.

Left Shoe 09-12-2004 11:34 AM

haha *starts putting safety pins in clothing*

peeted 09-12-2004 11:37 AM

Apparently you missed the part where I said I'm too good to play violin and will just form music with my mind :thumb:

btw...I don't really have an ego just in case anyone is wondering ;) :D
shel: whos that in your avatar?
That would be John Taylor of Duran Duran (and his Aria Pro, might I point out). I'm such a fangrrrrrllll.... SQUEEEEE! Just saw a vid of their new song and he's playing a vintage 70's Gretsch in it... and on their recent performance on Top of the Pops he had his Cirrus 5 string (which rarely sees the light of day, the Aria seems to be his current favorite).

Okay, done gushing. I just love that man.... :p

Foxfire 09-12-2004 12:43 PM

Shel.

For the longest, whenever you posted something, I'd constantly imagine the person in your avatar saying it. :o

Left Shoe 09-12-2004 12:46 PM

weird ...me too lol
EDIT: who owns the 29th page? ME!

ShelBel 09-12-2004 12:50 PM

LOL! Well maybe I should make an avatar of ME then! ;)

Left Shoe 09-12-2004 01:37 PM

i have band practice in half an hour and im sick blegh

Foxfire 09-12-2004 01:39 PM

Cool.

My dad, brother, and I are going sailing with one of my dad's coworkers.

But I still need to pick up straplocks and a strap, grrr.

Left Shoe 09-12-2004 01:40 PM

i havent seen the practical application of straplocks to date . i have yet to have my bass fall off of my strap , and then my friend who has straplocks has thrown his bass a few times and ive seen it fly away at least 2x

ShelBel 09-12-2004 01:40 PM

I'm waiting for the last 15 minutes of my shift to end so I can get the h*** outta here and spend some time in the sunshine... And not have to deal with stoopid people. I've had my fill today.
