Its a pycological thing "oh, if i take it, ill get better" but usualy taking 1 or to dosnt do much, but you think it will, so you make yourself better.

Overdosing can though.

Ya but I don't believe that...if the recommended dose is 2 pills and you take 2 I believe that it actually helps you its not just in your mind.
