did anybody notice that afterlike 5 years of drumming, your forearms get really buff?

My leg muscles are quite big. Got enough power to break ribs for sure. But thats through more than just drumming.

My arms are quite tight like.

my friends are jealous of my fore arms

and my legs are kinda buff
