How much are you paying?

Liebensaft 12-10-2005 12:44 PM

The tickets I think are only 10 bucks, but with Ticketmaster fees, it came to 20.
The tickets I think are only 10 bucks, but with Ticketmaster fees, it came to 20.
Wow you'r ticket master fees are high. For me it goes up thre bucks.

Also, I would pay a ton for that show, it's going to be amazing.

Well I think the tickets are $10. Then there's a "$1 building charge". Then Ticketmaster adds a convenience charge and order processing charge. It's such bullshit. But whatever, it's gonna be great.

I'm seeing Mustard Plug on 28th with a bunch of other awesome local ska bands. Should be sweet.

Glitterati 12-10-2005 01:54 PM

Rise Me Up 12-10-2005 01:58 PM

Sorry, all of the shows everyone listed before you definitely beat you. Especially the one Crack-Rock-Steady is going to.

No way I'm taking my chances on this selling out. Plus it's at the Troc (Trocadero). It's a pretty small venue. That and I already ordered my ticket.

Is purevolume turning itself into a myspace-like thing?

I went to listen to one of my friends bands earlier, and it looked all different and said that they had 0 friends and 0 comments and there were buttons to add comments and such.

Mild_child 12-10-2005 03:56 PM

where can i request for YSI bootlegs here?

Forest_Fire 12-10-2005 04:17 PM

Hey Ethan. I'm finally learning who is who now. :thumb: I had heard others say your names and stuff but I was never quite sure about who was who.

Yeah, DaveToopes is kind of misleading.

I got jumped last night

Brain Toad 12-10-2005 05:14 PM

So I just came back from a record store up in Sacramento called The Beat. Went up there to get tickets to a Tempest concert in Janurary, but also bought some CDs

Johnny Cash - Sings Hank Williams and Other Favorite Tunes
Hank Williams III - Risin' Outlaw
Dead Kennedys - Frankenchrist

The Frankenchrist is my 3rd copy of the album on CD. It's an Alternative Tentacles release so I was hopeing for a poster, but none. But it is different then the other AT release of it I have, which is odd, so I may just keep it. I'm such a DK whore, I think I'm going to take a picture of all the stuff of theirs I own.

Three copies of Frankenchrist?

Brain Toad 12-10-2005 05:36 PM
Three copies of Frankenchrist?
One is a remaster released on Manifesto (the one on the right) The other two are Alternative Tentacles relases, the middle one looks older then the one on the left, which I just bought today, both in hopes of getting the poster. Both have little order forms in the booklets for the posters, but I'm not sure if it's still good and if its even true.

And the Bedtime for Democracy is a Alternative Tentacles release, the rest are Manifesto remaster reissues.

EDIT: Middle one is remaster, one on far right is older AT release.

Liebensaft 12-10-2005 05:37 PM

I'd love to have Fresh Fruit on vinyl, even though I don't have a record player.
