I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 06-14-2009 07:26 PM

i prefer playing my acoustic over my electric

gaslight 06-14-2009 07:30 PM

Yeah, I love my acoustic when it has all its strings but after so much time of it it's going to take a lot of playing to get my skills back up.

Aaron I can see you using this to your advantage somehow http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegraph/story/0,22049,25632250-5006009,00.html

Aaron 06-14-2009 07:37 PM

They've packaged it pretty well. I can see it being useful for off-the-plan purchasing, especially when you know that you're going to sell as soon as it's at lock-up. Hmm. How they calculate borrowing capacity/mortgage insurarance is the key to the deal.

Meatplow 06-14-2009 07:48 PM

[QUOTE=gaslight;17298576]Only for the time being because my acoustic is missing a string and I haven't played it in ages so all my playing/writing has been on an unplugged electric, may as well let nature take its course. Electric will be easier to record too which is nice.[/QUOTE]

this will be good, let me know when its available somewhere

I totally wanna see how they make you prove your Muslimity.

Will do, cheers :).

I'm not going to do anything weird like record the electric guitar unplugged with a mic haha. Mainly 'cause I don't have a mic at the moment.

Aaron 06-14-2009 08:40 PM

Is this bacon halal? lol.

I'd not need to; I'd enter into a business agreement with a muslim partner.

Aaron your favourite rugby player has switched teams to the Force.

sgrevs 06-15-2009 06:17 AM

I saw that, sucks. What a champion.

gaslight 06-15-2009 06:42 AM

Yeah I'll miss seeing him on the Tahs :(.

Got all the remixed track for the Atlas Weights EP today. Won't be too long until that's available.

horseypie 06-15-2009 07:06 AM

i love the force!

gaslight 06-15-2009 07:09 AM

Oh the Force aren't bad people or anything. He'll do well there I think. I'm interested to see where O'Connor is going to end up. The rugby press opinion is that he'll go to Brumbies unless the Force can secure Andre Pretorius to come over from South Africa and fill their #10 jersey.

Meatplow 06-15-2009 07:24 AM

the force?

I_WEAR_RED_PANTS 06-15-2009 07:31 AM

i think they're talking about police....i'm not sure.

gaslight 06-15-2009 07:37 AM

Haha, the Western Force, Perth's Super 14 franchise.

Meatplow 06-15-2009 07:49 AM

i am drunk as a ****

sup fkunkers

gaslight 06-15-2009 07:53 AM

Not much. Just chilling. Playing guitar, gathering ideas.

Meatplow 06-15-2009 08:38 AM

sounds good, i've been writing a lot of acoustic guitar patterns and transposing them to software synths. working out how to get certain sounds through reading eBooks its been busy times in this manner

gaslight 06-15-2009 08:48 AM

Yeah for sure.

I love coming up with a loop on guitar, putting it in Guitar Pro, then just being a tool with unrealistic drum patterns and putting synth lines and stuff on top then never using any of them later haha.

I heard. I long suspected that Tah-Man was his brother, when he's in Australia. I've seen some footage [that Nick Farr Jones shot actually, he's a nice dude] of both the Dunning brothers tackling each other. That is earthquake making material.

horseypie 06-15-2009 06:16 PM

george smith was the dude with mad dreadlocks hey? i knew his brother, used to catch the train to school with him

hooray for a 3 hour math test today. for the quizzes we did through the semester the average for everyone that did it was 15/36 lol

Aaron 06-15-2009 10:24 PM

Meatplow 06-15-2009 11:44 PM

gaslight 06-16-2009 03:15 AM

Ah black books is fabulous. Reminds me of two girls [sisters] who both were keen on me, and had no issue competing. One drew pictures of black books imagery and then wrapped it around a VHS of season three with ribbon.

[these are different sisters to the sisters I dated at the same time].

gaslight 06-16-2009 03:48 AM

Impressive she drew stuff but loses points on technology.

nevertoolate 06-16-2009 03:51 AM
