The Feeding 01-25-2009 12:54 AM

haven't heard it yet but yeah everyone says it owns

jrowa001 01-25-2009 01:09 AM

def a killer album. ive listened to it like 4 or 5 times and it kicks *** more and more

adb 01-25-2009 02:10 AM

just got back

Conducting - only caught their last song

ABACABB - generic, boring, awful garbage etc.

After the Burial - good times

Veil of Maya - Awesome, they were sloppier than last time but vox sounded better. I jumped on stage during the end We Bow in its Aura "KNEES COLLAPSING, WE BOW IN ITS AURA" w/ Brandon then staged dived. That was fun as hell, then the show ended

Pebster49 01-25-2009 05:00 AM

I watched 28 Days Later, pretty good movie

HighandDriving 01-25-2009 12:00 PM

Speaking of VoM, their bassist left and he was replaced by the ex BoO bassist.

RetiredAt21 01-25-2009 07:13 PM

thomasj12e34 01-25-2009 07:42 PM
not really deathcore tho'

it's possible but here's some more nominees
Rose Funeral
Waking The Cadaver
Suicide Silence

botb 01-27-2009 11:23 PM

waking the cadaver writes really bad, linear lyrics though and they aren't really intimidating at all, just borderline retarded.

Dimmu Burger 01-28-2009 12:06 AM
honestly i just love ASP.
And you should.

botb 01-28-2009 01:40 PM

haha.
hey is Misericordiam worth checking out?

SlightlyEpic 01-28-2009 02:06 PM

Probably not but you could always just check their myspace out for a minute or two.

nevertoolate 01-28-2009 09:12 PM

Can anyone tell me what other bands are worth checking out if my recent purchases have been The Black Dahlia Murder, Whitechapel, All Shall Perish, Despised Icon, Carnifex, Suicide Silence and The Acacia Strain. All I ever hear about are these bands, don't get me wrong they are all decent(ish according to some), but surely there are some bands as good or better (I know there are but I haven't found em). Any nominations!!

All Shall Perish is probably my favorite out of all of those. Check out The Eyes Of A Traitor's latest record, A Clear Perception. It's probably my favorite deathcore record aside from All Shall Perish's The Price of Existence.

also, look into As Blood Runs Black, The Faceless, and Architects.

Dimmu Burger 01-28-2009 09:56 PM
haha.

I enjoy them. Brutal as f*ck!

adb 01-28-2009 10:08 PM

yeah Misericordiam is really good by deathcore standards

whiteminority 01-29-2009 12:17 AM

So Whitechapel is touring with Slayer.

jrowa001 01-29-2009 12:26 AM

that sucks for Slayer
