Hmm... oh well, eventually Slayer will release the date. That'd would be crazy if the day they released it another tragic event happened. Which I hope doesn't. It's great aswell to be unbanned aswell, I'm going to try and steer clear of the pit as much as possible from now on.

The kerry king guitar looks ok, Though I would rather Jeff's ESP or a Jackson V.

I thought about it, but post counts aren't really that important, unless I had like as many as Ramsey.

I really want to try Kerry's V model just because I like BC rich, and have never played a flying V. I do have an ESP though, and it rocks, I'm saving up for one of Jeff's signature models.

I'm glad to see another Hell Awaits lover. Most of my friends that are into Slayer don't like this CD that much.

I like the demon that speaks in the beginning. I actually had an idea like that for when I get in a band. Too bad slayer thought of it first. In a way though, I'm glad they did.

Most of the other songs were pretty cool, like the song "At Dawn They Sleep". I didn't know that slayer made a vampiric song. I also like how at the end of the CD they go back into the intro riff of Hell Awaits. It's almost like how pink floyd would make all of their songs fit into this one giant song. Hahaha, This album is a demonic version of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon.

Production is poor, vocals and bass are way too high in the mix. Although Crypts of Eternity cracks my top 5 fave all time Slayer songs

Hell Awaits is my favourite Slayer album. It has the speed and intensity of Reign In Blood, but still retains some of the melodies of Show No Mercy.

South Of Heaven, Seasons In The Abyss, Hell Awaits or Show No Mercy. All of Slayer's first five are all quality.

Lombardo is on the first five and their live album, and Bostaph is on the three newest Slayer albums (Divine Intervention, Diabolus In Musica and God Hates Us All)

I reckon God Hates Us All is one of their best.

Seasons in the Abyss does have most of Slayer's catchiest songs:
War Ensemble and Dead Skin Mask are good examples.

my friend from school burnt me a copy of reign in blood, i must say it was one of my favorite albums. i listened to it 5 times the day i got it. and i've heard a few of their other songs, i really like em.
