So who all in here knows of the brother band The 3?
Any thoughts on them. I mean, mostly everybody knows of Fire Deuce and Weerd Science, but not so many know of/are big fans of The 3? I personally love them.
Oh my, how hard it is to unlock the nerd trigger.
But, now the nerd trigger has become a large part of me.
And I know what you mean about over playing the new song. I fear I may end up doing it as well.
I hope they release another new song before the album comes out to tide me over.

BEWARE! The nerd trigger is a powerful object! Overdevelopment of the nerd trigger may lead to loss of a suntan....you may even develop a natural repellent of women!

Dude, I've already lost my suntan. If I stodd naked in my bedroom, you wouldn't be able to differentiate between me and my walls. I do, however have a woman! Power to me! :thumb:

ahh, you have reached the happy medium that most brethern do not reach. You have already lost your suntan and you are into the most enjoyable level of nerdiness, but yet keep a steady flow of punani. Power to you indeed, my friend.

haha, we need to stop spamming.

cobert 07-22-2005 09:57 PM

What? 3?

TMA 07-22-2005 09:59 PM

O.O
Oh my...
http://www.purevolume.com/3
I recommend Wake Pig, Dregs, or scroll down into the live tracks they have, and you MUST listen to Bramfatura. :thumb:

cobert 07-22-2005 10:05 PM

Purevolume never works for me, its really ghey. But i se the name joe eppard, as in, josh eppard's brohan?

Also, this is my 200th post in this thread.

TMA 07-23-2005 12:19 AM

Yes, it is his brother.
And congratulations.
I'll try to upload the CD into the YSI thread in the near future.

TMA 07-23-2005 08:46 PM

Heh...
I just walked into my father's room and he was listening to The Light And Glass.
And it is official! With the exceptions of 21:13 and IRO-bot, I know all the songs on both albums;.

cobert 07-24-2005 03:30 PM

Congratulations, biatch.

I only know about a half of them on bass, but bass tabs are harder to come by, so i learned a few by ear.

cobert 07-25-2005 01:36 PM

omg bumped

Angry Balled Fists! 07-27-2005 03:34 AM

The Crowing is probably my favourite coheed song, i really like 3 evils too i think.

Angry Balled Fists! 07-27-2005 03:51 AM

Oh and Blood Red Summer.

Reywas 07-27-2005 06:11 AM

History
Often referred to as the "Apollo of Dogs", the Great Dane we know today is thought to be originally bred in Germany for hunting large wild boar. The origin of the "Dane" appellation is unclear; the breed almost certainly did not originate in Denmark, and indeed is still known in German as the Deutsche Dogge and in French as the Dogue Allemand, both meaning "German mastiff".

Electric Ocean 07-27-2005 06:35 AM

But in the first comic Apollo is clearly far too small to be a Great Dane....omgwtfbbq!?!?!

Reywas 07-27-2005 07:43 AM
But in the first comic Apollo is clearly far too small to be a Great Dane....omgwtfbbq!?!?!
in the first comic apollo is a baby pooch

cobert 07-27-2005 08:05 PM

So apollo is a dane.

Damn, i was really hoping he would be a terrier, just cause theyre adorable.

TheFACK 07-28-2005 04:15 PM

coheed and cambria is like a chipmunk singing about totally useless things to fast pop guitar and weak drums.

cobert 07-28-2005 04:23 PM

 Singing chipmunks are funny. Especially when singing about your useless thing.

Wow... you're retarded...
http://www.mxtabs.net/tab_versions.php?path=Guitar,c,7823,Coheed+And+Cambria,Everything+Evil,65832 (It's so poppy! I'm about to squeel like a little school girl)
And maybe you should try listening to something like The Crowing or Neverender before judging Josh Eppard.
Actually, you should try listening to more than just the **** on the radio and MTV before judging anybody. Favor House Atlantic and Blood Red Summer are in fact their least flattering songs, and 2 of 3 songs that sound poppy at all.
I won't argue about the singing, but the rest of what you said...
Eat a fat d*ck, listen to something REAL by them, and then you can judge. :thumb:

Stone Cold Bush 07-29-2005 08:04 PM

TMA said it all, you're an idiot. Please don't judge bands after hearing one song, I fail to see how songs like "The Velourium Camper II: Al the Killer" and "2113" are poppy at all.

TMA 07-29-2005 08:07 PM

edited dawg ;)

cobert 07-29-2005 10:24 PM

I think its funny that he tried to fill out his argument by saying "singing about useless things".

TMA 07-29-2005 10:32 PM

Yeah.
So... they could be doing what they're doing now... or... they could be completely generic and sing about girls or the down side of life or the government or how much TheFACK loves Mangina...

cobert 07-29-2005 10:35 PM
