Hopefully you'll just wing it from the outline though. I hate it when people just read shi[size=2]t[/size] off instead of actually speaking about a subject.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I'm just going to use my outline as guide to keep me on point and remind me of specific stats.

Last semester in my speech class I winged it while staring at my outline. I just can't look at people.

Just look at the top of their heads, and don't make eye contact. Even though I like making eye contact.

Making eye contact even if I'm reading from a manuscript is pretty easy. I'm just worried about my time constraint.

6 to 8 Minutes. 6 being the bare minimum.

That always paralyzes me when giving speeches. I tend to use a lot of filler when speaking and often times I'll repeat statements only finely tweaked so it looks as if I'm elaborating on a different topic.

I just scored some ridiculous tickets for tomorrow nights DCU game :D

My problem is that I often talk too much and have to skip some parts.
