Country Choice cider superstrong and dirt cheap is absolutely fantastic.

Eh, I'll still go for beer. I only ever drink beer, really, except for the occasional whisky, dark rum or Jägermeister.

Apple & Pear Cider bulmers/magners, Carlesberg Export, Stella Artois, Desparadoes, Jager and Sailor Jerrys is what I drink.

hahaha yes, drank a fair few litres of that in my time.

And yeah mitch Cider over here is quite strong. Even the premium nice tasting ciders are around 5/6%.

What I noticed about the UK is that most beer is actually under 5%.

That's why I got Stella Artois at the supermarkets, but it's hard to find a cheap brand of beer at around 5%.

@ Haz: idk, it's not my thing. It tastes like anise. If it doesn't have the trippy stuff in it, I wouldn't bother.

I thought the hallucinogenic property of absinth was a placebo
