You could be... I geuss you'll have to wait to find out.

shortass 12-13-2004 10:52 AM

two questions
1. Is it a list of 40?
2. do they have to be in any order?

shortass 12-13-2004 11:06 AM

lol because it gives you a better chance?

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 11:30 AM

Good morning all?

munky_magik 12-13-2004 11:33 AM

It's pretty much evening here. But a good one all the same

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 11:36 AM

Ah, early morning here for me. I got out of my final this morning earlier than I usually wake up :(/:eek:

I thought I may have passed the final though so I may be happy about this day.

munky_magik 12-13-2004 11:38 AM

Well, good luck for that. Though it doesn't sound like you need it:p what was your final in?

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 11:42 AM

Today was physics, and I actually just checked solutions and feel pretty confident that if I am not screwed out of lots of partial credit I did well on it. I still have a final essay due Wednesday, but otherwise I am done with school for the semester, happy day.

munky_magik 12-13-2004 11:50 AM

lucky for some. I've still got school until next Wednesday :upset:

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 11:51 AM

Ouch. I will be at home by then enjoying my break and likely skiing

Enjoy school :p

Dermy 12-13-2004 11:52 AM

i got school until next thursday you bastards! how long have yous got off?

EDIT: eh s'hit, my class is over i gotta split.

munky_magik 12-13-2004 11:53 AM

I'll try. I think the last couple of days are gonna be spent liberating decorations and doing up my common room.

ah the joys of an awful school :)

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 11:58 AM

Ah, fun times, but I still prefer skiing :p

I also get a month off, I am loving that part of college so much haha. Long breaks is good times.

munky_magik 12-13-2004 12:01 PM

That's why I wanna got to uni so badly! I only get 2 crappy weeks off from school

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 12:04 PM

Uni is good times for me, but for a lot of people who have to pay for it themselves it can also be hell, luckily I'm on the full ride for now, but I'd say count your blessings while you aren't supporting yourself too.

munky_magik 12-13-2004 12:08 PM

that's were great things like parents, student loans, rich aunt and uncle, and a generous gran come into play:)

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 12:10 PM

Ah, you kids and your rich families

I was hoping to go to Cornell, but I couldn't afford it (44k per year), whereas my friend can go because his grandparents paid for his first year there. Lame to the extreme...I missed going to an Ivy because I am middle class basically :-/

munky_magik 12-13-2004 12:25 PM

well, Your best plan of action is to forge a case of stolen idenity, or to beat him up and still all his money

jpj 12-13-2004 12:27 PM

Well school let out early today due to ****ty road conditions :) And this is my last week of school before Christmas :)

Permanent Solution 12-13-2004 12:28 PM

^Oh my, 666!

Funny story, he actually did get beaten up once (we were gang robbed by a handful of Mexicans who were later thrown in jail for assault  ) and all of my friends parents are doctors basically so we went to my friend's dad and he stitched him up for free and was able to charge the Mexi's for the bill. We are real good friends though so even though I hate him for it, I would never do that :p

My family is on the perfect line where they make enough to not be given financial aid but don't make enough to actually pay for it. So, loans loans loans for a 40k school. Argghh!! Schools are so f-ing expensive!!

So is mine, luckily I hit up the full ride at an other wise 20k school :)

Cain 12-13-2004 12:36 PM

Good job for you. My girlfriend is the same way, except all her friends go to University of Arizona and she's the only one going to the college I am. (Sarah Lawrence) Man even 10,000 bucks aid would have made a huge difference. I'm gonna be in a lot of debt when I get out of here...it's actually kind of scary.

munky_magik 12-13-2004 12:37 PM

666 = \m/ satan \m/ :evil:

you're life is just so much better. Me and my friends only get jumped by ned's when we're outnumbered and out weaponed. At least if they were Mexicans it would be that much better

i am the robots 12-13-2004 12:37 PM

I'm a High School Sophmore :upset: I'm still a wee boy, but I get my lisence in 5 more months. The permit is fun when I'm driving with my bro instead of my parents.

Meh, I'm at ASU :)

I should never be in debt even once I'm out of grad school if all things happen like they should.

Meh, my friend and I are both black belts, so it is a little embarassing to be honest, but we didn't feel much like actually fighting it when they doubled us in number and sorta seemed to hint at concealed weapons (probably a threat, but not worth it to find out). The beating my friend up was just spite, but good ole cops took care of it all for us :)

munky_magik 12-13-2004 12:43 PM

No, I know that you go to ASU. I wasn't knocking you for it, I hope you realize.

I'm a black tip in Tae Kwon Do. I haven't practiced in such a long time, though, that I'm probably as good as a ten-year-old white belt. Fortunately there hasn't been much need for self-defense here.

my school is done on thursday this week, so i only have 3 days left.

Cain 12-13-2004 12:48 PM

Good. School's out on Friday. And I have an extension on my final paper that's due on Friday because I lost two days to the flu over the weekend. How cool is my teacher? Way too cool.

It's going good because I should be in Geometry, but instead I'm listening to CCR in the comfort of my own home
