The breakdowns aren't even that annoying. They are somewhat compelling in the music and at least they aren't thrown in as necessities.

If breakdowns were NECESSITIES, why would they be "thrown" in?

I think its an easy way for bands to have a good show because it gives the kids a reason to dance. Not that I think it benefits the world of music or anything.

I enjoyed VaV but it got old due to genericness. The Phoenix Throne finally had some originality.
