id go with just spraypaint. get alot of different colors and it would look better than patches in my opinion.
You mean, the same stencil just sprayed a bunch of times?

I dunno. I just made that Choking Victim one. Remind me to stop making crazy, hardcore, complex ones like that Propagandhi, and just stick with the simple V inside a C logo.

POINTLESS5448 07-13-2006 01:16 PM

no i mean a bunch of different ones. but dont make them all black or all red.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-13-2006 01:19 PM

Yeah. right now all I've got is red. I just put the CV one on there.

I want to put patches on, because I bought them, then realized they have those little pre-worn spots that are fucking retarded, so I wanted to put some patches over those.

skavid 07-13-2006 01:25 PM

I've been working on that same Propagandhi stencil for like two days now. But I'm gonna just turn it into a shirt and leave all the cops and stuff on it.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-13-2006 01:31 PM

Yeah, it took me about 3 hours total and I left the cops, and the smaller words out. Good luck.

If it turns out wicked, I'm going to be really jealous.

coheneran 07-13-2006 01:34 PM

I feel challenged, I'll make that Propagandhi stencil as well.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-13-2006 01:35 PM
I feel challenged, I'll make that Propagandhi stencil as well.
Oohh hooo. Now it's a challenge.

Everyone is going to look better than mine, but we'll see which of you makes a better full stencil.

Draw your xacto's gentleman.

coheneran 07-13-2006 04:39 PM

If there's a tye, the winners will have an xacto blade fight, to the death. If a fighter manages to carve the DK logo into her opponent's forehead while the opponent is still alive, she shall be named a DIY Master, or even more punnilicious, Yedi Master.

skavid 07-13-2006 07:11 PM

Yeah, tyRONE's sutff is awesome.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-13-2006 07:58 PM

And the one I made for my band. Test spray turned out well.

Yea, and they aren't very good.

That boombox has been done 1000 times before and that one doesn't look that good. Unclean spray.

I was pointing more towards the security camera, which hasn't been done a 1000 times and the cuts are so f'ucking clean.

good rats 07-13-2006 10:21 PM

Yea the camera is good. Who's the artist?

faith and fiction 07-13-2006 10:22 PM

tyRONE from Melbourne

good rats 07-13-2006 10:27 PM

Ohh, I've never heard of that guy but the camera looks familiar.

There is so much great street art/stencils in Melbourne. A while ago I was walking down a street in the city and found heaps of Banksy stencils.

faith and fiction 07-13-2006 10:31 PM

Dallas is mainly a sesspool of dirty toy tags

But next time I'm downtown I'm gonna take a picture of this huge window piece some dudes did on like a 5th floor by taking their bikes up to the ledge and setting their pegs on the ledge and balancing on the bikes like that. It's insane and really good.

And across the street is a wall with Black Flag bars that the band put there when they played the building back in the 80s.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-14-2006 07:33 AM

Okay, pants are done for the time being.

Neat. I've never seen a pair of pants like that.

I have some white corduroys that I think I'm going to tie-dye with black and grey. It'll be a lot of work, but if they turn out less crazy than it sounds, and actually somewhat decent, I may keep them instead of sell them.

mullets suk 07-14-2006 09:16 AM

It's a classic, yet in this modern time, sounds so very original:

Don't get one.

coheneran 07-16-2006 10:25 AM

Agreed.

asdf 07-16-2006 11:07 AM

Well the other day ThievesandBastards' white pants reminded me that I was going to tie-dye some all white corduroys. Today, they are finished, and look very strange.
