I don't hate pixar some of their movies are okay but the animation is really not that impressive at all to me.

how is that humanly possible

normally a bunch of keyframes are drawn and delivered to a group of people called inbetweeners that animate the frames in between. hence why today animation software like Macromedia Flash uses keyframes and what is known as "tweening" to generate movement
