Only people who call other people gay without proof are gay! Now stop being semantically homophobic.

But you're right, we're obviously wasting our time making Aquabats and Antifa shirts, we should go buy them from Amazon instead.
You're a total queer for caring about the Aquabats.

Now shut the f'uck up and stop making stencils of band logos becuase that's probably gayer than your homoertoic fascination with the Aquabats.

Lol, I've never even listened to an Aquabats song (knowingly), it was just the first band name to pop up when I was thinking about what the stencils are of. I guess I was just think in alphabetical order:p.

You haven't really explained why we shouldn't make band logos (not that I ever made a band logo, but I'm not against them if people want to flaunt their musical taste or have cool logos on their punkass jeans and jackets), you've just said that they are gay over and over again. What's with the homophobia? Got a dirty little shameful secret?

Danger Bird 07-08-2006 12:22 AM

All right, enough with the DIY bitch fight. If you're not here to create, gtfo.

Sorry no free head here maybe you should try that in Oak Lawn or something

But my point still stands. If you're gonna do stencils and talk about doing them then do something uckingf original because otherwise you
're just wasting time and the time of me with showing me thi predone ****.

And **** you I'll bitch all I want. People want to talk about being DIY but don't want to go all the way. How about you ****ing get a stenvil imahe yourself and then you posterize it yuour self and oh hey here's an idea get the whole ****ing concept yourself.

If youre gonna make tshirts cool beand d00d you totally rule for that but don't even bring it up here because it's like me coming int and telling you all about the ****ing brownies I did myself.

Danger Bird 07-08-2006 04:20 AM

I believe a ban would be justified at this point.

GTFU and GTFO
Hey dolt, I was talking about stenciling which is still DIY, I was just letting out some truth that obviously doesn't want to be heard because it only reveals the fact that most of the people in here aren't original at all.

EDIT: To F&F
ive never seen so much abbreviations (sp?)

so back to that diy thing....
i wanted to make a city stars logo (its like a ghetto star) and spray it on the leg of my jeans but i ****ed up on the stencil. i dont know what else i could make that would look cool on a pant leg.

i dont know if anyone in here would care but it is diy, ive built a bunch of skate ramps including 2 miniramps. ill post pictures if you guys want.

I like to see the shirts that people make even if it isn't an original design. It's still DIY even if they don't make the design themselves. There's a huge difference between buying a shirt and making one.

my new hero: banksy

RudeBoyStompin 07-09-2006 12:00 AM

Yeah Banksy the man. I have one of his books.

Man, I haven't stenciled anything in a while. I have to get back into the game. I did draw a cool picture of Jack Terricloth tonight though. http://img220.imageshack.us/img220/3815/jtc1bn.jpg

edit: And guys, stop feeding the troll. It'll go away if you just ignore it.

Shut the fuck up and take your holier than thou shit out of my forum, noob.

good rats 07-09-2006 06:18 AM

Banksy is pretty good.

I was walking around Chapel St. the other week and found some of his work.

coheneran 07-10-2006 04:18 AM

I made a stencil of the King Blues, a local and amazing band:

http://i6.tinypic.com/1zgwyds.jpg

The original pic was this:

http://www.householdnamerecords.co.uk/bands/kingblues.php

There are far too many bridges, but that was the least of my problems. As they're standing in the fore, mid and background the brightness on each member was different, so I had to copy each third of the pic to a different layer, make a different contrast/brightness setting to each one, then copy the result back into the original layer.

Well, at least it does not look as bad as this mouse riding a frog:

Does anyone know how to go about making shoes. it doesn’t seem all that hard. ill be using sandals as the bottom.

How would i go about A) getting the shoe shape correct B)make it durable.
is it all just guess and check??

most likely its going to turn out to look like chucks. Hopefully comfier. If i do start the project then i wont start until i start to like shoes over sandals, so i would like to be prepared for when i do start.

edit: I goin to start on some easy laid back shirts. right now ive just decided to do Dead Kennedy’s and The Clash. Hopefully it doesn’t turn in to anything to fancy and original.

It looks like Jamie's wearing a big diving helmet, haha. Awesome.

I need to make me some TKB stuff. I haven't stencilled in too long.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-13-2006 07:56 AM

I'm making this stencil, and it is taking me ages to cut, and i don't think it's going to turn out too well. The lines are really thin.

http://stencilpunks.mattrunningnaked.com/propagandhi.gif

Angry Balled Fists! 07-13-2006 08:03 AM

That would be solid to do.

ThisUserIsAPipebomb 07-13-2006 08:09 AM

If I can get it. It's getting really frustrating. So much tiny shit.

I've already cut out the smaller words, and I think I'm going to cut out the police too. With my stenciling skills, they'll just end up looking like some squiggly lines.

mullets suk 07-13-2006 11:21 AM

it looks like the lettering got smeared or something, i cant really tell. but it turned it pretty good man, and nice find on the jeans.

POINTLESS5448 07-13-2006 12:25 PM

Yeah, I got a bit of underspray. I usually use some spray adhesive to keep the tiny bits down, but I couldn't find it. So I used hairspray.
yeah those jeans are sick. are you going to spray more **** on them?
I think I'm gonna make a Choking Victim stencil and put that on, then just put some patches on.

POINTLESS5448 07-13-2006 01:07 PM

id go with just spraypaint. get alot of different colors and it would look better than patches in my opinion.
