My problem is I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, so it's harder to deal with the after-effects of alcohol while my body processes it. My basal metabolic rate is different to most as a result.

You'd lol at my diet if you saw what I eat because of it. Trying to lift weights and get 3200 calories, but less than 15g of fat a day is hard without complex carbs.

i tried old school and i have no motivation to do it that way since i feel like a sillyhead

the real problem for me is that i eat mostly indian and thai food that isnt exactly healthy and i work in a pharmacy so i snack and do nothing alot, plus my metabolism is starting to slow down i think so i went from 140lbs (63kg) to 160lbs (72kg) :(

question for anyone who has played Pokemon Red

how do I cut down trees I now have the "Cut" ability after getting the Cascadebadge but none of these buttons seem to do anything and I can't seem to find any prompt in the menu

idk if this is a problem with the emulator I am using or what

you teach a pokemon the hm, then face the tree and press a i believe

and if that doesn't work, go to your pokemon line-up and go to the pokemon assigned cut and go to it's deets
