I was forced to get SL and MAYH online after a few months of fruitless searching. Luckily, my FYE had Orchid, Morningrise, Blackwater Park, Deliverance, Damnation, and Lamentations in stock. I was able to buy them all over a period of about two years...

Exactly my situation.

I had to buy Still Life and MAYH in England.

I found all of their album fairly easily throughout the 9 or so months it took me to collect them. The only one I had trouble with was Still Life, which I had to buy on Amazon. I still haven't seen it in any store.

I own BWP, Deliverance, Damnation, Lamentations, Ghost Reveries, a signed Ghost Reveries shirt and some other signed stuff... I have the rest all downloaded/burnt copies. :upset:

Pretty crappy, I think Opeth can do better...

I purchased Still Life, Damnation and Blackwater Park secondhand down at the local music shop, bought Ghost Reveries for a mere $21 (that's in Aus) at a supermarket, and accidentally downloaded Deliverance.

(by that I mean I had a few random songs downloaded, and when I looked at the tracklist for Deliverance I discovered I had the whole album, every song at 192kbps... sweet. I'll buy it someday, seeing as it's their best)

Oh and once again I see people not able to find Still Life. I saw it in Australia's second-biggest record store. So if so, why can't you get it in US? Have you tried ordering it?

(ordering doesn't always work... I've been waiting over 2 months for Cathedral's Forest of Equilibrium which was meant to only take 2 weeks)

Not sure if it has been posted, but Opeth are heading down under next April. They are also playing in NZ this time. Check their site for details. They are playing at Luna Park in Sydney, that made me laugh when i read it. Im already pumped for it.
