It started off a great thread imo (He even sent me some songs! :p), but then that guy came in and just posted spam of flames.. I don't think it's very fair at all, maybe if he had just posted once a warning would have been harsh, but 17 times, I personally believe he's asking for a ban :p

I doubt it. If the file size was left at 19.5 kb, and the pixel size was increased, I don't really think that would effect the server.
