-In response to Vio-lence's post about me getting an M-16 Ammo belt, it's only 30 bucks from StudsandSpikes.com
Yeah, I got my belt from there, and If I remember correctly they do ship overseas but the shipping is like an unholy amount of $30 or something I live in America and the shipping was $10 just because it weighs so much, but I must say the belt fucking rules though, I got the nickel/silver whatever one :thumb: |

How long did it take? Any problems with the delivery? I might order mine either in May or mid-May. Not too sure o.o;;; I can't decide to either get the goldish-brass shell with the dark gold/brass tips, or the silver/nickel ones...hmm >_< |
An M60 belt or an M16...
Which of the two is the more thrashier o.o;;; |
I got the M-60, because it was cheaper, and they are bigger bullets. The shipping didn't take that long, about 4 days for me, and on the site I think I remember it saying it usually takes about 6 days, I've actually only had for it about 2 weeks, and I already got busted for wearing it at school. All those idiots kids who do school shootings, have to ruin everything for everyone. If it was 1986 and I wore it to school no one would care

Ammo belts. These I must get!
|
i dont know what you guys are talking about.
today on the way to school i listened to Cob hatecrew deathroll and the last song is a slayer cover, silent scream. i really injoyed it. i still like the slayer version better but still good. Cob also did a good cover of alice cooper's bed of nails. i like that one better than silent scream |

Funny that, I was just looking at the KIMB inlay and there's Dave wearing an Ammo belt. They're a little too out there for me. May not be Metal, but I'll stick with my normal attire thanks! They do look cool though.

NP: Judas Priest - The Ripper
I don't know if I'd wear it alot, but I'd like to have one anyways. GREAT song you're listening to, by the way. :thumb: |
Yeah, they'd be cool for gigs and such, but I wouldn't wear 'em about the place. Haha, you should have seen this guy at Megadeth. About 50, had leather pants tighter than Coroner wore theres and a leather jacket with "Metal Warriors!" on the back. Real old school.
You can't beat a bit of Priest. |
There were heaps of tight demin jeans and jackets covered in patches at the sydney show \m/
Ammo belts. These I must get!

hey!!! I got Morbid Saint's 2nd album!!!!!!!!! The bass player of the band sent me the link!!
http://www.pcmdusa.com/ms/ds/ds.htm it's not as good as "Spectrum" and it's a lot more Death/Thrash, but it's worth a listen !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (more "!'s" for the hell of it)
Awesome! So are they still together or did you just manage to track down his adress? |
More bands for you all to check out, though shame on you if you didn't know about them already:
Invocator (Not all exciting, though the "Excursion Demise" album is great) Transmetal Drunkard Ravage (d/l or buy the "Get Fucking Slaughtered" album as soon as possible) Hydra Vein Dorsal Atlantica Horde of Torment (I've recommended them before, though nobody except Dargon commented) Korzus
I've heard of all of them, but i've only downloaded some Invocator. Forced Entry are ok, nothing special. Heres some more good bands: Abattoir (more speed metal, but meh) E-X-E Hallows Eve Mandator Cyclone Temple Fantom Warrior |
Testament :
Buy Low or Souls of Black, I'm leaning towards Low.
Buy Low. Low's a pretty heavy album. |
Awesome! So are they still together or did you just manage to track down his adress?
I just managed to track down his adress, he's actually the bassist on Spectrum of Death, and he said that this unreleased album was recorded after he left. Honestly, I don't think it comes anywhere near to being as good as Spectrum. |
I've heard of all of them, but i've only downloaded some Invocator.

All of those bands you posted are pretty good. I especially like Cyclone Temple. :thumb: |
I thought it was pretty good. Mind you Spectrum was amazing... i wish i could find it on CD.
NP: Morbid Saint - Lock up your Children |
All of those bands you posted are pretty good. I especially like Cyclone Temple. :thumb:
Yeah they are good. The vocals are different for a thrash bands which i think makes it sound good. I think I Hate Therefore I Am is the best album... everyone should check it out. |
Definately.
NP: Abomination - Over The Edge |
NP: Infernal Majesty - None Shall Defy
I love this album... I do. So the word on the street is that Overkill is on that supersize Megadeth tour this Summer. That's cool indeed. |
So the word on the street is that Overkill is on that supersize Megadeth tour this Summer. That's cool indeed.
If that is true, I'll definately be trying to nab a ticket! I just finished listening to that second Morbid Saint album. While it isn't as relentless as SoD, I happen to like it. The songs work well; on their own or listened to one after the other. The highlight for me is Living Misery. The part that starts at 2:31 is just VICIOUS! |
If the Corporal speaks the truth, count me in
I tried listening to the Morbid Saint album. For some reason the volume is rather weak. I started to get a bit fustrated, but I just had rebooted my entire computer and it tended to get ****ed up here and there. I'll give it another shot tonight. As for the ammo belt, I wonder what'll happen if I wore mine out in public...hmm |
You'll look like a terrorist.
|
You'll look like a terrorist.
Lol. I never really thought about that but now that you do mention it, I'm kind of unsure about what the cops will do >.> Normally where I hang out, there's not many cops around. Now if I goto to this city called Monrovia, they'll definitely be on my *** about it. Plus, I saw some punk guy wearing an ammo belt like 2 weeks ago on Main Street. Hmm...I could always say "It holds my pants from falling...seriously". Ahh...way off topic. I guess I could add another thrash CD to my collection sometime. I was thinking maybe Taking Over (if my Local Best Buy has it), and then if I have some money left over next month, I'll get another one. Right now I pretty much stocked up on the music, so now I'm trying to save up so I can get out of the box called my room XD |
Defenitly buy Taking Over, its one of their best.
|
I just got my first Destruction CD... Release From Agony. This is awesome from the few tracks that I've listened to so far. I'm going to have to look into them more.
|
You should probably buy Eternal Devastaion or The Anti-Christ.
|

Yeah, they never released a bad album, at least not with Schmier, Release From Agony is the best!!!!!!!!! As you can tell it's my favorite Thrash Album. All the others are great too, go track them down |

Yeah, this is great! If they're all pretty close to being this good then I know I can't go wrong with one of their CD's. I can't believe it, but I missed Kreator and Vader on the 18th. I found out about it on the 19th. :( That would have been an awesome show. |
Oh, it was.
|
Oh, it was.
:( Oh man I wish I had known about it earlier. I definitly would have gone, that would have been so cool. |
KREATOR Tommorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D
|
Theres always next cd.
OVERKILL ON SUNDAY |
yeah, but Kreator takes a long time to come around, The Gap between Violent Revloution and Enemy of God was 4 whole years
|
Way to crush his spirit.
|
...
:upset: Oh well, at least I know that there are some other good bands coming near me sometime soon. (Hopefully the huge Megadeth tour thing). |
Yeah, Mustaine said something about Overkill playing too. That would rule
