Jim won't be appointing new mods, probably ever as far as he's convinced that the site is running like a dream with the current working staff. I've been recommended for Pit mod along with several other users, mods have been requested in various music forums and so on. Jim doesn't believe it's necessary.

Improving this site is 50% staff effort and 50% user effort. As long as the users simply sit and complain about things that they do on a regular basis, nothing will improve.

Yeah. The main problem is The Pit. Everything else seems to be pretty good, but I definitely think The Pit could use a few more mods. You'd be able to get the job done. You don't take any BS. :cool:

Done my first AS exam two days ago, Physics practical, it was a piece of cake.

The easiest way to do that would be to export it as a .avi file (Which will be a huge filesize, but don't worry), and then convert that to a .wmv

It will take a while, but to convert to .wmv you can use [url=http://www.download.com/3000-2194_4-10113469.html]Stoik Video Converter[/url]. Easy to use, and it's free (Well the version I have is, don't know about any new ones, just getting it now). That will greatly cut the size of the movie without losing much quality

I'm aware that when you come back online to see this, you probably won't, but it's the thought that counts
