Asian Dub Foundation (I forget how much I love these guys), plus the new Buck 65, which I have no idea what to make of.
Some songs are outstanding. "Blan Bec" and "Le 65 isme" are the two stand outs for me.

Tomahawk 07-21-2005 12:15 PM

Been listening to some Afghan Whigs, and a bunch of various Motown stuff (especially the Jackson 5).

I'm actually really liking that Magic Numbers album as well now.

Dog 07-22-2005 02:29 AM

I've been digging the Clap Your Hands Say Yeah album, too. The first few listens that I gave it a couple of weeks ago didn't really fancy me, but I gave it another chance and now I really like it. Nothing spectacular, but a pretty solid album.

Tomahawk 07-22-2005 02:59 PM

Do you mean the soundtrack to Somersault, by the band Decoder Ring? Or is this a different thang?

!!! - !!!
necrophagist - epitaph
fly pan am - ceux qui inventent n'ont jamais vécu
make believe - shock of being

!!! is becoming one of my favorite bands. good dance-punk and fun to listen to. necrophagist is technical death metal with pristine recording... practically mechanical sounding.

Daniel! 07-23-2005 12:01 AM

I'm liking the Jolly Rogers demo I got from a thread about them.
