Uhm, I opened it with a tin opener, but left the lid in, then took it to the sink and compressed it. It worked, but it was messy.

Now I have my sandwiches. But the bread is thin and breaks :(

I take the lid off, and grab a fork, I then put the end of the fork on one side of the can, and pour the oil, out through the fork.
