I finally got around to listening to Into the Pandemonium today and on first impression I would say To Mega Therion is far superior. I'm not sure what Celtic Frost was trying to achieve with songs like One in their Pride, but the results sound pretty ****ing ridiculous. I'm going to listen a few more times and hope my first listen was a fluke.
